We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates and times.
All products are shipped from overseas, and delivery dates may vary depending on transportation and customs clearance, so we cannot specify a delivery date and time.
Please check the delivery status using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

■Product delivery period

We aim to ship as quickly as possible, with delivery taking 1 to 2 weeks.

Regarding delivery dates, we are unable to respond to inquiries as they are subject to factors such as transportation and customs clearance.

■About overseas shipping

We accept international shipping (to the US, Canada and France only).
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges from overseas after purchase.

■ Notes regarding product delivery

・If you purchase multiple items

Cancellations, returns and exchanges
